BLOODBORNE Level 4 No Gun MAIN GAME BOSS FIGHTS which are a piece of cake compared to chalice dungeon boss fights. 'WASTE OF SKIN' The only class that starts off at Level 4.
Just to put it out there, Bloodborne is my first From game - but I might buy the upcoming DS2 dlc included edition since I'm enjoying it thus far. I'm currently level 23 and just beat Father Gascoigne after my ~3rd try, with around 5 hours of play.
Anyway, I saw the thread about 'What level are you and what's your progress' but I was wondering for something a little more specific... Is there, in your opinion, a 'recommended' minimum or maximum level to fight a particular boss? So as to not get immediately obliterated (minimum) but also for the boss not to be a cake walk (maximum).
I ask this because I've already taken note that weapon upgrades and levels seem to make an extremely large difference. To the point that I'm starting to one-shot or single-combo kill enemies that took a lot of hits at the very beginning - and I don't want to over level myself and make later bosses too easy.
P.S. Funny story to add to the question - part of the reason I've taken 5 hours to get to where I'm at is because at the beginning of the game I missed the little midgets in the Hunters Dream who give you the starting weapons. So I went through the entire first area (bonfire area in the street) completely bare handed, excluding the bastard the the giant axe.
Bloodborne's many bosses may be challenging, but they can be taken down with some skill and a little planning. Find out how we dealt with them in our in-depth guide.
The sickly land of Yharnam, with its obscene litter of gravestones and coffins, is both your battleground and hunting ground in Bloodborne. Hardly anyone wants you here, and they mean it with every swing of a torch and every stab of a pitchfork. Your hunt will send you into repugnant sewers with giant pigs and labyrinthine forests filled with shrewd snipers. The road is long and hard, but you already knew this.
